We had a brief discussion of this at the last District meeting (last
Tuesday, April 4). The District Executive and District Chairman had just
received the district copy, and had not had a chance to look at it. The DC
did note that it had been tested by the Council Board at its March meeting.
I can tell you that as a former Committee Chair, I am anxious to see it
(intellectual curiosity). I think that it is being slowly rolled out, and
expect that some of the reluctance is on the part of the SE. (My personal
opinion.) Several folks answering Kris Swank noted the "human nature"
reluctance to change. This is a new training opportunity, folks are going
to approach it gingerly.
I would not read more into this than necessary.
