Yep, he can. Check out my page on the devices for the youth Relgious and
the Eagle Scout square knots....http://www.mninter.net/~blkeagle/devices.htm

NO. If he earns for instance, the God and Me Award as a Cub Scout, when he
becomes a Boy Scout, he would wear the silver knot on deep purple on his Boy
Scout, Varsity Scout, Venturer, or adult field uniform. He would wear the
small Cub Scout device on the knot to signify that he earned the award as a
When he earns the God and Country Award as a Boy Scout or Varsity Boy Scout,
he would wear a Boy Scout device next to the Cub Scout device on the knot.
He does NOT wear *another* youth religious emblem knot. That's why we have
the devices...they represent in which PROGRAM the award was earned in.
During formal occasions, he may wear both Cub Scout and Boy Scout religious
medals on his uniform, or just the Boy Scout religious emblem. His choice.
The webpage explains the placement of the devices a little better than this,
but that's basically the answer, Laura. ONE "knot emblem", with devices
signifying which PROGRAM the award was earned or received in.
Hope this helps out!
