And just to be sure everyone is clear, if the 6 merit badges a boy has
for Star are Emerg. Prep., Lifesaving, Swimming, Cycling, Hiking, and
First Aid, he STILL meets the requirement, even though when he gets to
Eagle, he must list 3 of those 6 (Hiking, Cycling and Emerg. Prep. for
example) as Electives since they are options for two others (Lifesaving
and Swimming in the example).
