I have missed something here Bob. Why would the Bishop be appointing Unit
Commissioners? He might have the authority to appoint unit level positions
but the unit commissioners are not a unit level appointment. Are they not
the responsibility of the District Commissioner?
In my District, one of my very best commissioners is the Unit Commissioner
for the local LDS units. He gets along with them great and they are
performing at a high level.
