There is a way to eliminate even the need to add "see attached" notes
and attachments, yet still have a full and complete package that's easy
to read. The RTF version of the workbook, available on BSA's web site,
use of which is not only permitted but encouraged, allows the Scout to
prepare the entire package as a single word processing document.
I encourage every boy that calls me about Eagle projects, not just in my
troop, but throughout my district, to use that version of the workbook.
the finished workbook may not have the "pretty cover" of the printed
version, but in general, it presents a better package than one with all
the "see attached" notes.
