I've got a PDF version of the form here....if enough people think it'll be
useful, I'll send it over to Mike Bowman and he can post it when he gets
some time to do so to the US Scouting Service Project's website.
Mike's been very busy over the past couple of weeks upgrading and updating
the various components of that site, so if he doesn't get around to posting
it until the weekend or so, don't blame him. We've had a lot of people to
ask for additional items over at the US Scouting Service Project!
I've stopped posting items to my website because I'm in the middle of a
*massive revision* to more than half of it. There will be a large revision
of the Uniform and Insignia site, and a new "Unoffical Forms and
Applications site" is on its way as soon as my ISP gives me the additional
50 MB of disk space they've "promised".
(and to those people whom complained about not being able to read the red
lettering on green background, thanks for letting me know!!)
