of trained leaders by cutting the "bells and whistles" out of CLBT.
I would submit that depending on what you consider "bells and
whistles", your good number may be misleading. Believe me when I say
that National already removed all the fat (and some of the meat) when
the syllabus was reduced to its current size. If you've removed even
more, I'm not sure your leaders should really be considered "trained".
At the very least, I hope you're finding another way to present the
material you've removed - maybe at supplemental sessions, Roundtables,
