The USS Yorktown is parked at Charleston, SC as a museum. When I lived there
some 20 years ago, it was available for Scouts to camp on. I toured the boat
with my family, but I never did camp on it.
Parked next to the Yorktown is the Savannah, the only commercial nuclear
powered ship (a commercial failure), also a museum.
I've seen the camping opportunity advertised in the back of Boys Life and
Scouting magazines. You could also contact the council office in Charleston.
