Your overnight accommodations are in the enlisted men's racks, and you do
have hot showers. Saturday noon meal was a box lunch. Saturday dinner and
Sunday breakfast were in the CPO Mess. Our troop included this in our 1996
travel camp through South Carolina. Some guided tours were available, and
lots of freelance travel through the ship. I think it was enjoyed by all,
especially me, as I enjoy history.
