Try "Knots of Fun" we did this and everyone loved it.
1. Each Scout learns one or more age appropriate knot(s); Tiger - Overhand
knot, Wolf - Square Knot, Bear - Bowline, Webelo - Taut line hitch (be sure
the Scout knows why the knot is useful)
2. Glue a sample of each knot to a piece of cardboard Orange for Tiger
Blue for Wolf, Yellow for Bear and Red for webelos. These samples can make up
your booth decoration.
3 . Go to a local store and ask for donations of Pull and Peel twizlers (then
make up a thank you sign to place on your booth and be sure to write them a
letter of thanks)
4. When someone comes to your booth, the Cub Scout can teach them the knot
and give them an opportunity to tie the knot.
5. Now here is why knots are fun... after you tie it correctly you get to eat
