Can and frequently do. The best ones are made from programs designed
to track advancement, and include every requirement, the location, more
info on the counselor than you ever wanted to know, and tear-off
sections for the various recipients. These are frequently used at summer
camp as they track partials and attendance at the various classes.
Stops a lot of arguments down the road.
