With all due deference to the Scouter from lawyernet.com...
"Taking money without supplying orders" is a breach of
the contract formed between the seller and the person whose
check/credit card/money he accepted. If in a reasonable and
expected amount of time he has not performed his side of the
contract he has breached the contract.
I don't recall intent being a condition of defining a breach
If that is not defined as "stealing", is also not defined as "Scout-like."
