our troop conducts three fundraisers a year. in the past the committee
has had two of the fundraisers primarily to distribute the profits to
the troop and to the scouts, and the third one was primarily income for
the troop. every year we have the same scouts "going the extra mile"
and selling a great amount of products and a few others who do not.
the committee would like to have all of the scouts contribute an equal
amount to the troop for it's expenses. i am certain that every troop
has probably had the same problem and we would like to know if there are
any troops out there that have tried something that has worked for
them. my question is what do you do to have every scout in your troop
contribute an equal amount toward the troops expenses?
