In my Cub Scout Trainer Wood Badge Participant's Workbook under the
heading of Proper Display of Regalia on page 15 it states:
2. The blue training neckerchief can be worn with any official Cub
Scouter's field uniform. ... It can be worn up to a maximum of 2
years from the close of the course, or until the Wood Badge
recognition is received.
3. When recognition requirements are completed (page reference
given) and recognition is received, the Wood Badge regalia
(neckerchief, woggle, and beads) can be worn with any official
a. The beads can be worn along with any official field
uniform, either alone or with the Wood Badge neckerchief
b. The Wood Badge neckerchief is worn only with the woggle
as a neckerchief slide. The woggle is never worn with any
c. Individuals who have Boy Scout Leader Wood Badge beads
as well as Cub Scout Trainer Wood Badge beads can wear
only one set at a time.
d. None of the regalia (including beads) should be worn with
dress uniforms or civilian clothing.
