I'm not sure that I understand what you are saying
here. Does your troop honestly expect a young man to
make Scouts his ONLY activity outside of home life?
What the heck happened to a well balanced life, if
that IS their expectation? Isn't that part of what we
want to teach them? As much as I love Scouts, it is
NOT the ONLY thing I take part in. So I am sure that
I must have misunderstood what you meant to write. :-)
