I agree with the above with the following reservations. IMHO you must be
carefully to keep your written rules as short and sweet as possible. I know
of a troop that is so bogged down in their 25 pages of rules that they have a
hard time getting to the program. I don't think that every possible problem
can be avoided just because you have a Rule for it.
IMHO the Scout Oath and law cover MOST of the bases.
Borrowed the no-mex suit from my husband, the firefighter, before writing
