Well Jim, You do not volunteer to work on staff at the 2001 Jamboree. You pay
to volunteer. It would be important for you to understand that. After your
application goes to council, they submit it to national. You will then receive
a yellow card indicating they have received your application. You will then,
months later, receive an offer from National.
A Scouter is one who pays to volunteer. This is why there can have 5,000 staff
