A friend just gave me a couple of things she found at a rummage sale:
1--a clear plastic square, 3 inches square and an inch high. Inside is
what looks like a plastic gold coin, about an inch in diamater, with an
FDL, the words "For God and country", Fifty years of service:, "Boy Scouts
of America", a large "50" and "1910 1960".
2--a pair of copper-colored FDLs about 3 inches high, rising out of a base
an inch and a half square. One side of the FDL is the standard BSA design,
the other looks more like some of the European ones I've seen.
Any ideas as to the history of these objects? Thanks.
