Well Bill, I'm going to totally agree with you on the training issue. But,
I'll don a Nomex suit to say that we have got to have better, more
accessible training that appeals to everyone. Woodbadge is something I just
do not have time for as a busy SM of an active troop, and frankly, some
aspects of Woodbadge just do not appeal to me as an adult in scouting.
Remember folks, I said some aspects of Woodbadge. I have had a great deal
of leadership training in my life and things like the 11 rules of leadership
etc. are certainly lessons that everyone needs. Training for leaders should
