Take a look at the Totem Chip items on the Unofficial Uniform and Insignia
Pages, Ginny. It shows where they are to be worn.

I've got them (picked them up last week while in Atlanta!!) and I'll scan
them and add them to the Unofficial Uniform and Insignia site as well as to
send a copy of them to Paul during the evening tomorrow (that Tuesday night
is really stacking up fast!!)
