This presupposes that everyone KNOWS the rules in advance.
Which is a circular argument: if you're not going to play, you don't
need the rules; and you can't always decided if you ARE going to play
until you know the rules. (See as a prime example of why you don't play
without knowing the rules in advance, the Star Trek Original Series
episode called Amok Time -- Kirk agrees to participate in what he thinks
is a token fight, but it is a fight to the death.)
I don't play Boure because I've NEVER understood the rules and I don't
play Fizz-bin because I DO understand the rules. (g)
