Going from a unit position to a district committee position, for which
you are assumed not to be trained; the old position patch, shoulder
loops, unit number, quality unit and trained strips comes off, the
district committee patch and silver loops go on, and once you have taken
district committee training you may reattach the trained strip. As soon
as your district earns the quality district, you may wear that strip -
see Mike Walton's site for a picture of QD patch.
In spite of demand, there is no webmaster patch yet.
