This can have drawbacks, as well. See *specifically* the Genealogy MB
book. The OLD one was perfectly adequate. The new one was co-written by
the National Genealogical Society And seems Dead-set on making it seem as
complex as possible.
I'm not saying it is WRONG anywhere in particular or everywhere in
general; I will say It is dull. Heck, even I doze off while reading it. (g)
It is aimed for a "professional" genealogist, one who wants "respect" of
other "professional" genealogists. Compare and contrast to the Home
Repairs MB (specifically the corner of it where I have experience and
knowledge, carpentry), or to the Computer MB.
