Board of Review
Bob and Rusty Taylor

the guidebook tells us sits on a board of review; members of the troop
committee, perhaps with the advancement person conducting.
that said, one of the purposes of the BOR is to learn about the Scout and
how he is doing both in and out of Scouting, right?
is it necessary or important ot keep the same people on the BOR all the
time? I was thinking (yes, again!) about the Scout being familiar with the
members of the board, before he is willing to share his thoughts about what
is happening in his Scouting life.
maybe this is not important, but I was just wondering about your thoughts.
