Actually, I have heard comments exactly the opposite of Don's. I have
learned that the number of boys elected is about the same in most units.
There have been few 100% elections in our area. And because there is no
limitation on the number of names listed, there is no emotional place for the
non-electee to hide. He can't say well I would have made it if only there
were more places on the ballot. It is a personal rejection and is taken as
