There is a Webelos planning guide publication, new this year, published by
National. You should be able to pick up a copy at your local Scout Shop.
Also, the Boy Scout Handbook has relevant information for Webelos.
Another source book that I have found to be very useful is the 'Webelos
Resource Book", available from scouter.com (and/or 1-800-SCOUTER). It
consists of (you guessed it) 20 chapters with hints and projects for each
of the achievement pins.
You may be able to get some help from you friendly, local, neighborhood Boy
Scout Troop, in the form of a den chief and/or an invitation to some of the
Troop's activities, which helps you with your program and helps the Troop
with their recruiting for next year. This is particularly important for
Senior Webelos, who will (presumably) be crossing over into the Troop early
