No, for a venturing activity (but not a meeting) there must
be 2 adults, both of whom are 21 or older and if it's a coed
actiivity (overnight trip or an outing) there must be a
female and male, both of whom are 21 or over.
I don't know if an 18-20 year old Venturer can be counted as
the second adult for a Boy Scout activity *if* she/he is
attending as a *Venturer* but, logic tells me that if 18-20
is OK, it's OK regardless of which uniform you're wearing
This situation raises another question: Youth Staff for the
National Jamboree is open to those 16-21. Do the 18-20 year
old youth staff reside with the 16-17 year old youth staff
or, do they reside with the adult staff or, do they have
separate accomodations? Curious to know.
