You should have the Trained patch immediately below the position patch in
which you're serving...and of course, in which you are trained for. The
Arrowhead Honor Award *technically* belongs below any Commissioner emblem
ONLY; but most
"patch policeofficers" won't be too bothered if you wear it below the
Trained strip and below your ASM patch if you're serving also as a Commissioner.
But officially, the Arrowhead Honor emblem is only to be worn with
