A point of order, that has been stated during previous
rounds of this circular discussion :~)
"Two deep leadership" and "YP" are separate issues.
Has anyone come up with a reference, a letter from the
National Council, magazine article, Council
newsletter....anything that answers Neil's ORIGINAL question

I am trying to reconstitute a Venture Crew that "went away"
when Exploring was moved to LFL. (Long story.) I'm going to
have a problem "guaranteeing" that 2 adults will be present
for every meeting. To compound the problem, the Crew "may"
be coed. It would be great to be able to have 2 adults
present for every minute of every meeting (for my protection
<G>) but if push came to shove, I'd rather deliver "Program"
than "Policy"; that is, unless there is a new written
