A law was recently passed and signed by Gov. Bush to allow Scout groups,
etc., to camp and hike in state parks for free if they do a service
project (such as trash pickup). Have any of you taken advantage of this
new provision? Just how does it work? Do you have to pay in advance
and then they refund your money when you do the service project?
