OK, for most of you out there, that five digit number means that it is
a bin-numbered item, so you CAN'T order it from Charlotte,NC, but have
to get it from your council, or you can call National, and either get it
sent from Texas, or get a bin-number item order blank e-mailed to you,
so you can post in the request.
Just ran through this procedure with some stuff for Venturing Leader
Training, so it is still fresh in my mind.
This is what I was able to arrange, but YMMV.
