looking for merit badges for our February Merit Badge Clinic--bearing in
mind that I live in the great northwest, and it is best to plan on it
raining every weekend when we have the clinic, what badges do you like to
see offered at clinics?
for your information, here's the format for our clinic. we are getting
counselros who have a degree of expertise in the subject they will be
teaching. counselors will be receiving training before the clinic to ensure
they are following the requirements of the merit badge program and specific
badges. the clinic will run for 3 consectutive Saturdays. Scouts will be
expected to do homework(?) inbetween classes inorder to complete the badge
by the end of the 3rd class session. each boy will be able to sign up for
up to 3 badges; i.e., if he does all his class assginments, by the endo f
the clinic, he can have 3 badges signed off.
