In our pack, we sell the old uniforms for a nominal fee ($1 - $2) for those
scouts who may not be able to afford a new uniform. For our pack, the
nearest scout stor is 1 1/2 hours away, and for those boys who are actively
growing, it just isn't easy to buy new uniforms every year.
