If it was illegal in our state other than in the state parks, we would not
practice it. Why would the assumption be made that we are teaching our
Scouts to go out and do something illegal? What the post implied was simply
that it would curtail our,meaning Texas, program of scouting.
If it comes to pass, we will moan and gripe, then we will adapt and conform.
