We have camped in many of the state parks and it is very difficult to do so.
A lot of patrol activities are restricted, due to "stay on marked trails
only," "no collection of wood at all," "restricted water areas," "only 2
tents per tentsite," "fire may only be started in provided bbq pits,"
etc,etc,etc.... If the private land restriction does come into place, it
will certainly curtail the fundamentals of scout camping.
