Yes, I have been following this thread from what I thought was the beginning and still have not seen an annotated resource from which this information was cited. From anything that I have read, 36 is the optimal number. Can someone please provide me with the source that states that 21 is the new number. I would be really interested in seeing the rational and organization layout. Thanks.
