There was, indeed, a pamphlett put out by the BSA that Mike relates to, but
The book Jim refers to is sold by the World Scout Bureau (current edition
is 1984). It's a book by Mario de Sica. This paperback book contains about
650 quotations from some 20 books by Baden-Powell. A selection of his
sketches is also included. It is still available from the world scout shop:
