Oh, my. And here not long ago we were quoted from the Rules and
Regulations, verbatim, that under such circumstances the assets are
to be delivered to the Council, unless the charter organization is
institutional and under an agreement with the Council wishes to hold
the assets in trust for another Scouting unit to be formed or for
other youth-assistance programs of the institutional charter
