The "fatal mistake" is to try to handle this situation at
the Unit level.
You are in a lose - lose situation.
Take no further action. Go IMMEDIATELY to your Council
Scout Executive and inform your Chartered Organization
The attorneys on the list can tell you about the other
things that are going to happen to you and your unit if you
attempt to deal with this problem at the committee level.
