Sounds like the Cub Scout uniforms of the middle 60s to early 70s. The Cub
Scout and Boy Scout uniforms of that period were thick cotton, and the
pleats kinda give it away....that was my first Cub Scout uniform, like back
in the middle to end 60s.
One would be newer than the other, because of the Council red and white
strip instead of the City and State strip.
I would estimate that they are from the time period 1962-71....
Hope that helps you out....those uniforms are true gems. I've got a heavy
cotton uniform shirt that I won't trade for anything. Yeah, it's thick and
in the summer time I would probably burn up, but on cool Minnesota days like
this morning, it's PERFECT for my wear!
