I wish Rik would have stated that in his message. This is indeed more
sinister. I can understand wanting to track site usage via cookies. It's way
easier to summon a cookie and use that info as a site usage confirmation.
(especially when a site recieves revenue from banner ads and links)
But...restricting access based on a cookie denial sure speaks of another
agenda lurking in the background.
So, sorry Rik if I seemed to come down on you a bit heavily in my previous
