My gut reaction, like yours, is to say No, if for no other reason than too
much stuff dangling off your uniform makes it look like you're a South
American general. However, like you, I can't find any definate answer. I
checked the current OA Handbook, but it doesn't mention if you should wear
other danglies with the pocket rocket or not. <Mounting Soapbox> Only one
patch should be worn in each "position" ever. And yes, this involves
choices. For example: Do I wear my 1998 NOAC Staff Patch on the right
pocket, or that real nifty Camp Staff patch I got? Just more tough
choices. <Dismount> Personally, at most troop meetings and other indoor
activities, the right pocket is where I put my sunglasses <g> However,
I'm also a uniform minimalist and try to get away with the bare minimum.
My favorite uniform is one that has a CSP, a '97 Jambo patch, OA Flap, and
Eagle Scout knot.
Yes, I do have a uniform with Troop numbers and insignia on it, and yes, I
do wear it.
