Filtering Out Smut

Howdy, you all! Until now I have been one of those pesky lurkers.
Because of the SMUT that has been broadcast through the net, I've
decided to get out from behind the screen and voice my concerns. My
name is Glenn Goss. I'm a (oh gosh) a 46 year old Air Force brat. I
started scouts as a Bobcat at Stead AFB in Reno. I achieved the Wolf,
Bear, Lion, and Webelos (AOL) ranks. On moving to Clark AFB in the
Philippines I became a Boy Scout. My first 50 miler and Historic Trail
was the 27th reenactment of the Batan Death March. After 2 years we
moved to Fort Lee, VA. Here I earned by Eagle and my God and Country.
I am a Brotherhood OA member. My Dad retired in Memphis, TN. There I
was both a Scout and an Explorer.
At present, I am active in my troop as the Advancement Chair and I
currently hold the office of District Committee Chairman. I am finally
getting the time to take Woodbadge. As yet I'm a good old ????? - well
we haven't been assigned Patrols yet!
Main reason for message: As a Christian, a Scouter and strong believer
in high morals and ethics, I'm appalled that we must continue to endure
the sexually oriented trash that is being broadcast (SPAM) to this or
any other list. Is there a way to prevent this objectionable,
unsolicited garbage from being transmitted into my home?
