Read a bit of USSSP's VA-MikeB's note and I think I missed him
listing one of the tips.
As you speak Talk to someone that you know likes you, your ideas and
is a supportive human connection. This most comfortable person for
you, or someone you are coaching when hyper tense by public speeches,
can be the lady of your life, a boy, another adult, etc. As you grow,
or if you have already grown further than than you realize, you will
find many people to talk with directly and shift your presence about
the room. If real tension is a difficulty or superbe comfort is
desired place the supportive person as far to the back of the room as
possible, and if two or three supportive allies are available spread
them out. The audience won't know you have them mentally trapped in
your supportive web as you seem to look right at them.
