Ten Commandments Hike

Thanks to all who asked for more information about the Anna-Jonesboro
Ten Commandments Hike! I had written to the Hike Master (Dave Soucie)
saying that I thought we would hike to one church at a time, and discuss
one of the 10 commandments. Then we hike to a second church for discussion
for yet another commandment, and so on. I asked him to verify whether
my memory was correct or not. Below is his response.
>Thanks for the extra publicity. I had not thought about putting his on
>the net, until a guy from Florida called me this morning for more
>information. They will not be joining us for the hike, but wants to
>consider a similar hike themselves. Your description is on the money.
>The talks will be about 10 minutes long, visiting 10 churches over 4.3
>miles. After the last church you will hike to the Lincoln-Douglas debate
>site for the patch presentation. Different churches order the commandments
>differently, last year we followed one order and this year we will follow
>the other. Participating will be Baptist, Catholic, Presbyterian, church of
>Christ, Methodist, Lutheran, and Christian church congregations. The hike
>registration packet covers most of the questions. Let me know if I can
>answer any further questions.
Please let me know if I can help with anything else. We're expecting
to have a great day!
