Yup, Mark, maybe today, and maybe TODAY is the problem. Maybe we don't (due
to many factors) insist on well-uniformed and trained and responsive Scouts.
Once upon a time )long ago and far away), Troop 87 and Post 87, Groveland,
Mass. were known far and wide for sharp drill (in perfect uniform) and
disciplined troop formations.
There's nothing wrong with being sharp and looking good. There might be
something wrong with accepting "whatever...."
