mike is correct (as he most oftne is).
there are three levels of bsa training
scoutmaster fundies, and cub scout leader basic training falll into the
round table (which is designed to be TRAINING, and not merely information
passing), commissioner training, and most training conducted at district or
council training event (called sometimes Scout-a-versity) consititue
wood badge (until recently CSTWB and BSLWB) consititued advanced training.
