It may not be written, but there are people out there giving answers!
When went through my first Fundamentals course and also through Wood Badge
in the Denver Area Council, it was strongly suggested in both courses that
husband and wife NOT be counted as two deep. Husband and wife may certainly
participate (mine is on our committee), but that husband and wife still only
count as "one leader." This is because of the fear, in many instances, that
if one spouse did something wrong, the other spouse might not necessarily
turn him in and would, in fact, perhaps back him up.
