An interesting concept, but just how do you propose/suggest/mandate that
an Advancement Comm do this?
Does it tell the SM not to give Conferances until the Scout is of a
certain age?..(I don't think thsi would fly)
Does it regulate which MB's a Scout can take? (This too would necessiate
"guiding" the SM)
No, "managing" the advancement of a Scout woudl be difficult..it not
impossible, if not against the rules....
