Far be it from me to accuse MAJ Walton, sir (NO disrespect or sarcasm
there), of being incorrect, so I must be missing something. My copy of
the Insignia Guide 1997-1999, p.22, says regarding the Eagle Award
(medal), "Adults wear only on formal EAGLE occasions" (emphasis mine).
What am I missing?
